Okay I was just curious! I find it's sometimes( not always) is rough to invest with condos especially to put into your rental portfolio because the HOAs eat into your cash flow. They just don't seem to be as solid of an investment when compared to a single family or especially any multi-family property. But if the numbers work and you can snatch some up for super cheap can't argue that. Good luck!

I agree with Charlie, look into properties near College campuses, will be easy to rent out and it's true that a lot of the College kids will stay through summer!

Hey I'm a local investor here in Las Vegas! Welcome!
Thanks guys! really helps! I was thinking that I could simply put a clause that states that the contract is transferable but just wanted to make sure! thanks a lot for the replies
okay thanks a lot! really appreciate it!
Does anyone know if you have to add a separate addendum to a wholesaling contract (Buyer/seller contract) to have it be transferable?? Or can I simply right that in as a clause?
