Our group is open to new and experienced investors alike. Flippers, multifamily, commercial, short-term, wholesale, etc. We will network the first hour and have a presentation topic the second hour.  I went to University of Nebraska. I do performing side hustles since my full time job is working here at BiggerPockets. I sing with the Fort Worth Opera, do gigs through a company called Trekorda (if you want to do central and north Texas gigs they are great!), and my Dickens Caroling gigs are quickly ramping up to help pay for some maintenance on one of my properties. I also perform with a western themed entertainment company, but that's more the acting and dance gig stuff.


 No way! I'm from Omaha Nebraska! Did you go to UNL or UNO? I have a contract with the Omaha Symphony, I travel up there about 7 times a year to play with the Symphony and conveniently, visit all my family. I


UNL. I did work with Opera Omaha a looong time ago. Always nice to write off family time!

What all sites were you able to list with? Was it fairly easy to list rentals with zillow?


 I didn't need to list on those sites, only my local facebook groups, which can be hit or miss.
