I have the address. That wasn't a red flag because I'm googling this. The red flags are now asking for moneys and credit cards up front.

I have been trying to get funding for a deal. S&M Finance Corp, Michael Galdyzs, is constantly calling and texting asking for a ln upfront fee for said underwriting and origination fees. Once I told him that I wasn't given out password nor credit card info.

Has anyone used this company and got a loan from them?

ok so I've started getting good deals. I've contacted 2 different lenders and was given preapprovals but nothing after that. What am I doing wrong?

I wasn't asking for one. I was thinking that if I needed to get one to get those answered then I'll get one. But the first answer gave me what I needed.

Thanks

Good morning.  What areas do you loan in?  What's the minimum amount and of what program do you loan on?

The site is vague. What states do you loan in? What's the criteria for getting the loan for fix and flip?

OK.  I'm new and been on Biggerpockets like one would be on facebook... lol

I am learning something every post but I swear these acronyms are confusing me to no end.  1) Is there a place where I can see a guide for understanding the lingo? 2) where can I solicit a mentor?

I amwanting to aggressively get into this but I need help and partners I see.
