I'm new to the area and am about 1 hour north of you 40 minutes south of Knoxville. Do you know of anybody investing in my area or would you entertain investing up this way as well? I'm focused more so on a buyers list at the moment but have been working in generating some leads as well. A couple have came in but they have been out if my price range. Feel free to pm me if you think you might be interested. Alisha

You could always do something simple and direct like leave a note on the door saying you're interested in buying the property. I mean if you're already standing there looking at the property then why not? Maybe ask the neighbors if they know anything. Then I'd use the other methods provided by the gentleman who have answered prior to this post. Maybe a family member or friend will see the note on the door before you skip trace the owner and the owner will contact you while you search for him.

I'm new to the area and new to investing. I currently have a full time job and trying to get started in investing. Any advice , tips , tricks would be much appreciated. I'm looking to start networking asap. ( full time job and 2 kids kind of limits me on that time) If you're in Knoxville or near by surrounding cities and investing then I hope to meet you soon and possibly work with/for you soon.
