This is great! I am originally from the Broadview Heights area, moved to Dublin, OH in middle school and am now living in West Palm, FL. I have been becoming more and more interested in foregoing my first investment in FL and going straight for out of state rentals. This post has a lot of great information and was sent to me by @Bob Razler

I have spoke with one property manager in the area but would love as many recommendations as possible. Thank you for all the info and I will be sure to listen to your show @Michael Swan :)

Hello Damian, I am looking to invest in multifamily in the Columbus area within a year or two (not immediately as I want to acquire one in Florida first). Please keep me in mind if you are going to continue buying properties in that area and perhaps we can work together or just bounce ideas!

Hello, I have been interested in getting an airbnb property in Columbus. I would love to talk to you further about your rates, what areas you see that are renting at 94% occupancy and if you also provide marketing services. Looking forward to hearing more!

@Derrick E. Sounds like you got a great deal!! I am curious as to what your experience has been with tenants? Are you on the very low end of the market in your area?

Hello,

I am a new investor and I am looking at duplexes in the palm beach county area. I have been advised to go for houses that have a concrete block structure (CBS) and avoid houses that are framework structured and I am wondering if anyone can expand on that or share their experience with me.  How do the capex/repair bills compare for these two structures? Can anyone tell me about their experience with pests or structural damage as it relates to framework?

@Shawn C. That seems like a very useful list to have! I will be following this post to hear about how you were able to put that together. I too am looking for a duplex. I am wondering if this list is a typical service that can be found in various cities. I would also be interested to here about your analysis of other areas.
