I did receive a distribution yesterday. There's a discrepancy on my account balance so it wasn't the full 50%, but I did receive a deposit in my bank account yesterday. I hope everyone gets theirs too.
You should be able to edit bank account information under the Bank Account tab. I just checked and it worked.

Hi, does anyone have any insights on what's going on with the lawsuit? I see the email updates and signed up for a PACER account, but my understanding of all this legal jargon is pretty limited. I've accepted that this could be a loss, but wanted to know how others are feeling.

Quote from @Jason Monaco:
Has anyone heard anything…there was supposed to be a weekly newsletter..I received the first 2 but then nothing last week. The previous newsletter said a WebEx at the end of July but I haven’t got any notification for that… the previous mentioned buyout doesn’t seem to be materializing. It started out sounding like a sure thing and now Sean with investor relations is real cagey about it when I ask him.
I asked Sean about the same thing. He said the buyout was still in the works, but still finalizing details. Not sure if that's really true or just an answer to keep us patient. Supposedly a webinar is happening in a week or two.

Hi Kerry,
I am initiating a foreclosure in Alexandria, IN. Not sure how long that will take. Are you a Realtor as well?

Hello,
I am starting a foreclosure on a NPL in Indiana. Has anyone had experience with a foreclosure in Indiana? How long did it take and is there anything I should prepare for? The property is still occupied, but the borrower is refusing to communicate. This is a land contract. Thank you in advance!

Hi, is anyone investing in their litigation support? Or considering the membership buyout option?

I have 2 referrals for you . You are welcome to dm me .
Hi Jo-Ann,
I saw your post when I was searching for tax preparation services that are familiar with real estate laws. Wondering if you would be able to share your referrals. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

This doesn't look good. Any idea what us investors can do in the meantime?

Has any received the link to the webinar from last week? If so, would you mind sharing it?
Thank you in advance.

It's been a few years since anyone has posted here about their investment. Curious to here if anyone has recent experiences to share, as I've heard they may be in financial trouble.
@Mark F Thanks for the detailed response! Please update any further info you may gather at the next webinar.
chad good morning. what did AHP do .. were they buying defaulted paper and then trying to do note mods with the homeowners in mass scale ?
Hey Jay, good to see you. Yes they set up a crowdfund and bought thousands of defaulted loans with the intent of getting them re-performing again. They also set up their own mortgage servicing arm to do it in-house, as opposed to farming it out to a third party. I wasn't aware that they brought on additional debt to fund everything.
gothca well i dont know about them but my personal experience with reperforming is about a 50% better default rate on the reperformers.. so really important to have a very low basis as your going to be foreclosing and owning and rehabbing a lot of properties .. again at least what I ran into when I was buying sub too defaulted deals.
