That varies from state to state. Check Texas' landlord/tenant laws

I would find out specifically from Dunkin Donuts.

It doesn't really matter, just personal preference. If you're used to a Windows, go with that, or vice versa.

Greenville and Columbia seem to be very popular on this forum.

The 2nd one sounds better to me, however I don't have experience in this, so someone with such experience could answer you better

You should bring everything to an experienced accountant, who will be able to give you the best advice. This stuff can get confusing and it's worth having someone qualified look over your specifics.
