Hello,
I just wanted to know what you all thought this upgrade was worth in the Twin Cities. I ripped out all of the old galvanized in the house and replaced with with Type-A Uponor PEX. I also have three "futures" piped in.
Thanks in advanced,
Aaron M.

Typical Honeywell Thermocouples are sprayed with a little bit of oil during packaging as to protect from corrosion. Simply let her burn.
If you are still worried, call the UA Pipefitters and Service Techs in your neighborhood, and have them look at it.

Any store can not, by federal law, sell anything that deals with a mechanical refrigeration system to him without a license.
Why not just call your local union contractor, and have it done right rather than piece it together?

Do you have your EPA 608U license? If not, you can't install one.

Welcome!
Just go buy a house right now. If your job or whatever sends you to a different area of the U.S. when you graduate, just pay a property manager to handle your affairs for you.
That is the nice thing about a passive investment, you can engineer yourself right out of the equation, if need be.

Did he do a load calculation on the house? Manual D/J? Does he know what your thermal gain and thermal loss is? Those are all things that you should be asking. Also, NEVER go with the larger A/C unit if your load calculations fall between tonnages. If you go over, you will have a cool house with plenty of clammy humidity. If you go with the slightly under calc A/C unit, the compressor/condenser will run longer thus removing more moisture in your conditioned space.

Welcome. You could save up the money to finance your own first deal, and then show the results to your future investor.
