@Mike McCarthy Thank you very much for your insight.
@Jordann B. Thank you very much as well. Cozy is a great tool to have and I'm very pleased to read so many good reviews.
Everyone have a great evening.

@Shannon Slade and everyone I'm getting ready to set up an open house for my first listing. I like what Cozy has to offer however, I'd like to use a different screening tool for the background/ credit check. If I opt to not have the applicant use Cozy's screening tools does the application still prompt for authorization to run the background checks?

@Kristin Geffen Rocket Lawyer has an option where you can upload your document for review. I like the lease by Brandon and Heather Turner, so I'm thinking of loading it and having it reviewed for my area. I only wonder if ever I need to file an eviction if in the long run I should just find a local RE Lawyer.

Hello All,
I'm currently embarking on my first BRRRR property and I have a question.
I'm getting my lease agreement in order and need to make sure that it is within the law here in Houston, Tx. I've read a few blogs and posts. Would you recommend Rocket Lawyer to review my lease, or finding a local real estate lawyer? My only reservation is if I ever have to file for eviction, then I will definitely need to find a local RE Lawyer. What are your thoughts? I've also considered Landlord Forms, but I really like the one by Brandon and Heather Turner.
