Good event. I enjoyed meeting the group that was there. @David Ounanian organized the discussion well and was very open to sharing his experience.

@Bryce Deeney My idea would be for retirement where I could have three or four STR in different markets such as Boseman, MT, Wilmington, NC, Sarasota, FL, and Anytown Hawaii where I split time between the locations and rent out the remaining time. not sure if it will be enough to cover all expenses. But it will be fun.

@Joshua Jackson Check with your realtor again as OFallon, MO is in St. Charles county not St Louis City. It may not be a great neighborhood your are reviewing but I dont think it is in a warzone. get the zip code of the property and goggle it. Good luck.

Cozy.com is a good option. that is what I have used in the past but have since hired a PM and they use their system.

@Ryan Murdock thank you for the information. do you have a two bore door that you have your keypad on?

@Jeff Bridges and @Wesley W. thanks for the recommendations. I only have a single bore on the fronts so will look into a storeroom lock where it can be re-keyed as tenants move out.
