@Douglas Husemann  Welcome to BP.  What are your goals with this investing?  I think you need to answer that question first then you can better determine how to invest.   This site has so much information it can be overwhelming but it is invaluable.  Good luck

Very well done.  I also think that you will have a hard time stopping at 20.  Keep going and growing, if that is your passion.  Please provide more detail on financing and how you were able to get there.  Congrats.

@Blake Hobart I would be happy to talk. I am fairly new still as well. I have 3 properties; an 8 unit, 4 unit, and a SFH all in Belleviile, IL. there are some really good investors in Cleveland that you can learn from. @Account Closed would be a good person to talk to regarding investments as a whole and you may be able to help him by giving him information on the STL market if he wants to expand.  Good luck

I would reach out to local investors in STL to see if you can partner that way you have could get access to local lenders. Once you have a relationship they could be more inclined to work with you without the local partner.  Just keep working on your track record here and it will come.  Good luck.
