Friends call my Spence and I am local to Desoto, TX.  I am seeking to establish relationships with like minded individuals with mutual aspirations to grow and develop their business.  My current strategy has been house hacking while seeking deals I can possibly wholesale or flip.  I feel I have a pretty solid list that I've began to market too as well as an occasional drive for dollar.  I would love to meet anyone that shares this same interest as well as anyone that may be interested in properties in B to C neighborhoods for potential buy and holds or flips.
