Hi Melody! I try and flip the land as quickly as I bought it. I purchase the land cash and get the title in my name and resell it. I'm in vacant rural land.  I make sure the title is clean before I take ownership.

@James Pennington I send out bulk mailers purchase the land and resell. I don't do anything besides hire a local photographer to take pictures of the land.
