@Blair Russell you have an airbnb in Boston?  Im sure the winters a more sparse but don't you get a bit of an influx cuz of the Marathon in April.  I am considering putting one of my units for airbnb in March.  Its in Boston (Dorchester neighborhood).

One hack that I employed was getting the one week trial of ADOBE Acrobat then made all the real estate form pdfs into pdfs with editable fields.  Hope that helps!

What about using adobe acrobat to create editable forms out of pdfs?

Lets hope those Hurricane's were flukes and not a sign of what the weather pattern is like now that the Ocean water is getting warmer.  I'd hate to think the Caribbean would get those Super Hurricane's every year.
