@Charles Carillo

Thank you Charles, I definitely can utilize your ideas in my neighborhood and surrounding areas. I will check with my Urban Housing Development department to see what are my options.

Hello Corey, I meant donation time, energy and experience to those in need of if. For instance, there is a business owner(who is older) and whom has a squatter in his property I will do some research for him and provide some resources he can call for help. I definitely like what your doing in your community and will look into how I can duplicate this here. Thank you

Hello all,

I’m a new real estate investor and I was looking for ways to help out my community utilizing real estate. From the books that I have read, you need to give to receive and I’m looking for some giving ideas. Thanks!

Hello, my name is Andre and I’m looking to start a wholesaling side business in my spare time. So, I’ve read the Wholesaling blueprint by Luke Weber and The beginners guide to wholesaling Real estate by Jeff Leighton and it seems like I should start off by driving for dollars and marketing to distressed properties, cold calling FSBOs, and/or marketing to a list of distressed property owners which I received from a title rep. Does this seem to be the best way to start off? How did you get your first deals when you started? Thank you
