Hi Kelechi,

I bought my 2 family house in White Plains about 10 years ago. I used an FHA 203k loan to finance it. You're on the right track if you're looking for 3 - 4 units. That is the way to go. I added a 3 unit and have moved to Airbnb and mid term rentals and haven't looked back ever since. Lmk if you want to connect. I'm always looking to help our community grow and am also always looking for new opportunities and partners. Shoot me a DM. I wish you good fortune with everything.

Hi Jazmin,

I'm also from NY, moved to South Florida about 2 years ago.  Bought my first property in white plains NY about 10 years ago.  I've been an Airbnb superhost for quite some time now.  Looking now to scale and network here in Florida.  I'm currently in West Palm.  Lmk if you'd like to connect.

Best regards,

-Andre'

Hi all,

I would like to connect with a real estate agent/newbie-friendly investor from Florida that can give me some advice on investing in or near West Palm beach or any of the surrounding areas, 30-45 Mins to West Palm.

I currently live in New York but I am currently exploring the options of investing in a small multifamily property. I have boots on the ground in West Palm currently who will be helping with the property. I just began my research so I don't have much knowledge on this market and would love to connect with someone who can give me guidance. Looking to build a team that can help acquire my first small multifamily! I have 20k to invest but since this will be my first multifamily I want to make sure i'm on the right path.

Thank you for reading my post and looking forward to the responses!

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to network with other investors in the South Florida area. I'm from NY, have about 10 years experience and am ready to scale my investing efforts. I'm an Airbnb super host and have and am looking to copy and paste what I've done in NY, here in South Florida. Looking to pickup a few 3-4 Unit properties and scale up to 5-20 Multi's real soon. Tech/Media is my superpower. Check out my bio for a bit more detail. Looking forward to networking with a few likeminded investors.

Thank you,

-Andre' :D

@Dillon Hamman Hi Dillion. Great to see someone young and focused. I recently moved to Boca from NY. I'm also building a team here in Florida. My team in NY helps me manage out Airbnb there. Let's connect and talk strategy. Best wishes 😁📿

@Kevin Edwards nope, not at all. We are also very specific about how we operate.

@Kevin Edwards

I'm actually looking to expand to south Florida. I'm also considering either bringing on a partner, or selling my Airbnb in NY altogether.

What are your plans?

Blessings...

We've house hacked our way into our first place 10 years ago, and have since added value buy updating all the units and layouts to make them more modern.  We've also added a third unit and but up some equity.  We airbnb these units in White Plains NY, and have built a great reputation as a superhost.  I've since moved to South Florida and would like to accomplish 2 things this year.

1 is to repeat the same successful strategy down here if possible. Buy and setup higher end furnished rentals/airbnb units.

2 to get into the the small multifamily game 10-30 units without having to sell my White Plains property and 1031 exchange, if possible.

I've done really without any mentoring, just my wife and I; self education.

I'm at a place where we have access to a couple hundred thousand dollars and also have the management to turn over airbnb/rental units with good success.  I know I lack the right partnerships at the moment, but I'd like to find those like minds.  I would like to maximize the money we have by partnering up, exploring new financing options including hard money, renovation options, etc. Finding the right mentor to grow with along the way long term, would be amazing.

My experience in technology, media, and as an Airbnb host could give us a definitive competitive edge even in tough markets.  Those are my superpowers. :)

Thanks for your time,

Good vibes,

-Andre'
