Hi all,
I am from The prairies in Canada. I am a carpenter by trade and am really interested in getting started in real estate investments.
So right now I am building my family a house. I am doing 90% of the work myself after work and on the weekends.
At the end of the whole process If everything works with my numbers I will have about 39% equity in the house with only putting down 5% to the mortgage.
Anyways I guess my question is when I roll my building line into a mortgage, is there a timeline before I can pull equity out of the house so I can start investing into rental properties to potentially brrrr ???
Thanks in advance

I have heard of Stefan and his workshops that he holds in the city, good to know that you recommend him. I have tried looking into him a bit and wasn't sure if he was legit or not. I will try and attend one of his meetings in the near future.
thanks for the input jim
