@Stephen Neto did you have any luck finding the defective alarm? I am having the same problem with my 3 family. One of the alarms goes off, I end up finding the faulty one, and then another one goes off the next day. All of the alarms were smoke certified a month ago and are brand new. Hard wired. I suspect it may the sensors, and am holding off calling an electrician for the time being while I run a science experiment to figure out what is going on. Any thoughts are helpful

Hi everyone - Not sure where to start, so want to ask the experts. Looking to put up some surveillance cameras around my 3 family property. Any advice on what cameras work best, and which parties are best to install these cameras (ie. handymen, internet service providers, etc). Not looking for anything crazy expensive. Thank you

@Jill F. @Jay Hinrichs Makes sense about the FICO score taking a slight hit. I've been told it's only a point or two every time you open one. The plan would be to pay off in full before the interest kicks in. Thank you for the insight!

I am interested to know why more investors don't open CC's that have 0% interest for 12/18 months for rehab work on their investment properties. After listening to the first 335 episodes of the BP OG podcast, I have heard one guest cite credit cards as a feasible way to finance rehabs. Is there something I am missing? Are investors just looking to develop relationships with their private lenders and hard money lenders for larger rehab projects down the road? To me, it seems like a very reasonable way to pay as little interest as possible for the longest amount of time.
