Hi BP. I am a new wholesaler and I am having trouble locating an investor friendly title company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I've googled and called title companies all to no avail. I've even searched the bigger pockets forum and could not find any recent postings about this. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
