I'm highly interested in investing in the mortgage Note space. I've read Dave Van Horn's Note Investing Book and watched tons of podcasts. I'm reviewing Notes for sale now on Notesdirect.com and PPR. I'd love to go over one or two actual notes with a veteran and ask my questions and make sure I understand before pulling the trigger. 

Anyone Note Investors in the SF Bay Area? I'm willing to come to you and I ask for less than an hour of your time.

I have a really cute 1 bed/1 bath South Lake Tahoe Condo that I purchased and furnished a year ago- and although it’s doing great in the Vacation Rental Market (35K/year), I interested in getting into the seller finance and note space.

So, where do I list this property (under Seller Financing) to gauge interest? I've only used a realtor in the past to get listed on MLS.

I don’t know if seller financing sales and For Sale by Owner generally go hand in hand. If so- then I really need help!

@Robert C. Why do you think I might be overextending myself? Ive seen many successful investors that do well with 100% financing

Yes I’m already splitting 50/50 and they are funding 90% of the deal. Because I recently bought 2 properties, I’m out of liquid for the remaining 10%

I live in the SF Bay Area and have been through lots of renovations (5 properties) through the years, but I’m working on getting my first real flip and use of a private money lender.

I’ve raised 1.1 million but need to raise the remaining 150K. I’ve put many requests into private lenders but haven’t had luck.

Can anyone recommend a strategy to raise the remaining fund in next few days? Ive already considered credit cards and family and friends.
