Have you checked meetup websites for listings in your area?

Buy a piece of land that is easily secured, plant tons of trees that will hold their value. If you are in the right climate for it, Sandalwood is a sure bet. That is about as "Agricultural" as I would care to invest at this point in time.

We have experience with small mobile living situations. I think with the cost of building one being so low, you may struggle to find people of means who would be willing to rent one of these. Mostly low income people who may not be the sort you'd want to rent to. That's just my opinion however, you may not mind renting to those circumstances.

I agree with the side hustle advice, but keep in mind, if you burn yourself out pursuing too many separate jobs, you won't be any use in your main endeavours.

I love acid stained concrete, I enjoy the look of it, and the easy maintenance. However, this doesn't seem to add the most resale value to an investment. Panel is in, but the installation costs are so high, as are repairs. What do you think? Past experiences with each?

Post: Permits required for back yard improvements?

Hello, we decided to build a tree fort in the back yard for our oldest son, unfortunately the city building inspector has come round and hit us with a swathe of permits! Height restrictions, neighborhood requirements, building permits, etc. The list goes on and on. Are there any workarounds to some of the more common permits that I am missing? Any loopholes that can be exploited to remove some of the red tape on back yard improvements?

What is the best path to take after a natural disaster to recover the maximum amount in damages? I feel the need to pick myself up and brush myself off after losing an investment in Florida, and am wondering if the claim will cover seed capital requirements for my next investment?

I think when your talking about seed capital you shouldn't just try to use expected new revenue as a way to offset expenses. I think it's just as much or more important to find additional financing options. I've used WCAP financial to help unlock some no interest credit cards that I use along with lines of credit to better manage my seed costs.

@Tyler Horton I think WCAP Financial is definitely an interesting option to look at. I think too often people just consider bank lines of credit and mortgages but if used in the right manner you can use products like that to find very low or no interest credit cards.
