Depends on your location, assets, available supply and such. There are some big players in the drop-shipping space. What kinds of products are you looking to supply? Do you have any potential customers to start with?

I would suggest against paying them off, you will only succeed in creating an even bigger nightmare for future landlords, and nobody needs that. Take them to task for violating the terms of her lease. At least the she will learn she has to play by the rules or get burned.

Wordpress with Yoast. I used to work in data research, and wordpress sites are very effective.

I am battening down the hatches. Going to wait two or three months, then I will look to purchase a unit. The housing market is bound to follow the market correction, if delayed.
