The internet makes things nice when you can use a template to perform a cost benefit analysis

Quote from @Krystle Moore:

Depends on what you're looking for. Small banks can be limited on their lending and may charge higher rates and fees.

IMO, there's no always or never in this scenario. You just have to do your research and decide what is best for your situation/needs.

Both is not out of the question either.

New to investing looking to connect with like minded individuals looking to further their education in real estate. I learned from academia that group studies are quite effective. Let's concentrate on rental properties and possibly do a deal together soon.

There are a lot of local meetups here in Columbus that you can attend. Also several free events too. Some masterminds also!

Do you have a Facebook? I will find one that fits me which may take awhile but if you know a good one let me know. Thank you in advance.

Yeah I do. I can message you the groups.

Anthony Freeman is my name of course.

Quote from @Ryan Muska:

Always go small banks and they will typically treat you like a person.

Large banks see you as a number and will typically not work for you; if they run into difficulties, they may not try hard to work them out.

Thanks

A small bank may be more personal but they have limited capital. Pros and Cons

90% occupancy is what you should aim for when attempting a DSCR refinance.

FREE

I have extensive knowledge pertaining to real estate investing specifically rental properties.

We can discuss topics that will help build your confidence to initiate the process to get you started or continuing forward.

I have read many books and watched hours and hours of informational videos. I am completely self educated.

I am no mentor (yet).

I do believe group study is invaluable though and I am more than happy to engage in real estate conversation and study.

Raising private money

Comparing houses to assess ARV value.

Analyzing deals

Rehab tips and anything you can think of.

Let's get started.
