Very good video, I think a few things that are often over looked is a road map/plan, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. If you do not have any goals and/or strategies how you will accomplish your goals, you will fail.

Also, just going out there and doing it! Before I got involved in real estate, I was just reading as any books and "learning" as much as I could before I go out there and do it, because I was afraid of making a mistake. Mistakes are part of the process (of course you want to limit them) but just like what Nike says, JUST DO IT!

What a fantastic job and great accomplishment my friend!'

If you don't mind, what would you say was the most important aspect you learned while working on this project, and how did you overcome it?

Also, did you have any problems or was the process difficult to get the extra bedrooms added in LA? I am from the SF Bay Area but would love to do some investing in Social (LA and maybe SD)

Post: Question about un-permitted rooms in Alameda county

Hi all, quick question-

A home in Alameda county has an un-permitted room that was built in 2004. If the house were to go through a transaction would the new buyers have to pay in order to get the room permitted? Also, does anyone know how to calculate the costs of something such as this? Thanks.
