How difficult it is to get Toledo STR permit? Do they accept aircover from airbnb as the required insurance for the application?

With all due respect, wholesaling for most people is a huge waste of time and energy. Save your money and buy something. Best of luck to you.

I wouldn't say that.  The problem is most likely that he is approaching people as a wholesaler.  That's not the way to do it.  Make an offer as a buyer, then sell the contract.  I can't think of any reason why any seller would consider using a wholesaler to sell their property.  They would just use an agent.

Don’t call. Send a letter with a cash offer.

I got a call in the middle of my work and I had to discard 30 minutes of work and leave it to answer the phone because I was waiting for an important call. It was a wholesaler call. I would call after 5 pm.

What bank has given you the best options for Heloc?

Help!  My wife and I just put down some earnest money on our first Duplex in Wisconsin.  During inspection it was found that the upstairs bathroom toilet is not working (plumbers came and could not fix it) and the washer machine in the basement does not work and has stagnant water.  So now I'm concerned there's a huge plumbing issue.  What do we do?

Also the garage area, separate from the house needs a new roof, but my main concern is the plumbing.  Could be over 15k if it all needs to be redone (it's galvanized steel)

Our first property is turning into a nightmare :(

I will ask the seller to pay for plumbing and roof inspection.

If I really want the property and they say no we do not pay, I will pay myself.

I would be ready to walk away

Hi guys,

I bought a house last month and I asked the seller agent to remove the house pictures. He said it is ok and it will take a while until it is automatically removed from Zillow and Redfin and everything.

After one month, I still see the pictures.

Do agents benefit from keeping those pictures? Why is he not removing the pictures?

Seller has received the inspection report of the prior offer. Offer failed in financing.

I am considering placing a new offer.

Can I ask for a copy of the previous inspection report?

As a cash buyer, I am skipping title insurance.

The title company says I will get a mechanical lien just because I do not want title insurance. Is this correct?

How can I remove it?
