In addition to property management, I do hourly work for a rehabber. Would it be better for them to send a 1099 to my property management LLC or to my personal name? Both are justifiable since I end up managing the houses we rehab. Much appreciated.

@Betty Pickle

Why are you pinging my notifications for year-old threads?

Good morning. Would it be legal and make sense to list the same unit at the same time for, say $1,800, on Zillow/CL/Zumper/etc. and for $2,100 on the MLS? People on the MLS tend to be more price elastic with rentals. Thanks

Hey guys, quick question: I've got 3 girls who seem great and responsible applying for a unit, but their income is just barely too low. They all have parents who can cosign. Do I need to run the cosigner through my normal app process or do they just need to show proof of income and sign the lease?

@Samantha Decker Can you explain where this estimate comes from please?

And can you please elaborate on the identity verification process? What exactly do I need to ask the applicant to do?

Thank you
