This question is to anyone who has truly starting investing in real estate with absolutely no money down? What steps did you take to get funding for your first deal. There is a Turnkey opportunity for fourplex near me in Tampa that I think would generate cash flow! But What do I do next, what type of professional do I reach out to first to help me analyze this property who has a lot more experience than I do. I'm tired of watching the houses I think are good deals be sold because I failed to take action! Can someone guide me in the right direction with what I need to do next please?

I am newbie in real estate but I am trying to learn how to analyze properties correctly. The condo has been listed on Redfin and it is in the west chase and Carolwood area and the seller needs help out foreclosure. The condo also needs some TLC. How do I figure out the best offer to make for this property? Where do I begin to analyze this property property? It's seems like a great deal and a win/win situation but I am not 100% sure.

Hello, My name is Aryelle and I am from St. Petersburg but now reside in the Tampa Bay Area. I became interested in REI after attending a Women in Wealth workshop that expounded on financial freedom from investing in real estate. I am so eager to learn different aspects of real estate and network with other experienced investors in my area to help guide me down the successful path in real estate. I have been reading real estate guides to learn about real estate and I watch many informative and educational videos to enhance my knowledge, which is actually how I found out about Bigger Pockets. I have an interest in wholesaling, rehabbing, and multi family properties. I would love to network with anyone who is experienced and can help me learn about the market in Tampa.
