all three. I suspect it is good. I know it is legal in Chicago because I see them all the time. question is : is it technically possible without putting a server in tenants house and connecting it to the internet so that I could view it from home. I heard about verizon chip etc ...I would need specifics. thanks

I have a property that I will soon rent out. it is a challenged neighborhood and I would like to install 2 cameras. 1 on top of front door and 1 on top of back door. Is it possible to install the cameras so that I can record and view thru my computer at a different location? I would like to log in to some remote server ? and have a possibility to view and record from remote location.

assume that once you start touching anything it will fall apart. the easiest, most efficient sealant needed.

this is an old toilet, everything is rusty. 2 options :

1. seal it from the top

2, put new toilet

The tank is attached to the toilet with 2 bolts. Bolts have rubber washers on top. One of the washer leaks water. do you know of any epoxy that would work under water. I plan to just cover the bolt with the sealant/epoxy. EP-200 works great in dry conditions (dries hard as steel). I wonder if I can use it for that purpose.

tax deed takes 1st position to everything. it wipes out all 1st, 2nd mortgages, condo HOA or unpaid water with the city. there is 1 problem though. it is our IL law.

BK is a federal law and federal judges give a f about state law. I am sure David got his money back filing a sale in error.  was not those auction in August ?

why would you want your tenant to know about your LLC ? you sign the lease as a property manager with an illegible signature. that's it. if they ask who owns the property i tell them a group of investors.
