Looking forward to hearing how well things go. Hope you get some great results! Did Jerry give you the content needed for the campaign (what to write)? Or, did you come up with it yourself?  Also, are Jerry & Hattie pretty well known here on BP for being on the up and up with great results?  I too am trying to get a consistent campaign rolling here asap.

Hello BiggerPockets members. All I can say is that I wish I would have come across this website years ago. The amount of sharing that goes on here is amazing and I'm looking forward to learning more, as well as contributing all I can. I've flipped 30 homes so far, about half of which were purchased as REO (and short sales) and the other half were at the courthouse steps auction. However, getting inventory has been my biggest hurdle here lately and I've been banging my head against a wall thinking that there must be another way to find good deals on homes. Seeing all the out of the box thinking going on here on BiggerPockets is inspirational, to say the least. I'm researching the forum now for the most effective marketing campaigns (NODs, Divorce, Probate, Out of State Owners, bandit signs, ghost/phantom sites, etc) and plan on implementing a number of consistent monthly campaigns immediately. I want to share all I've learned with everyone here too and hope to meet some of you in person in the future.
