Have you ever wondered what it takes to start a managed fund? Even if you haven't, I hope you'll learn a lot if you come along to a 60-minute meet I'll be hosting this Friday at 5pm Pacific time (details below). I'll be sharing the legal infrastructure I've used to acquire a $4M stake in 1600 doors across 7 states in under 7 months with no money down. The work to be done is to get a fund set up is literally filling in a ~2 page form, which we will do interactively during the meet. Beyond that it's $15k in legal fees and you'll need $100k to seed the fund (money that remains yours). I hope some of the people that come along are inspired to do this too. It's free to come along and just fill in your own copy the form privately so you can learn more.

Building a very large portfolio requires more than just cutting expenses and investing your savings. It requires learning how to raise capital and handle it responsibly. I have a different approach to raising capital that I would love to share with everyone to help ambitious individuals within this community to grow (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HE7B9V4GKbUeVTQ6EmnPRzEV...). Essentially I can show you how to cheaply set up a private bank to enable you to borrow money at a fixed rate of 8% where the interest capitalizes and the term is forever. This is something I have been doing for over 20 years, and I'd be delighted to help you get set up to do it too.
