Have you ever wondered what it takes to start a managed fund? Even if you haven't, I hope you'll learn a lot if you come along to a 60-minute meet I'll be hosting this Friday at 5pm Pacific time (details below). I'll be sharing the legal infrastructure I've used to acquire a $4M stake in 1600 doors across 7 states in under 7 months with no money down. The work to be done is to get a fund set up is literally filling in a ~2 page form, which we will do interactively during the meet. Beyond that it's $15k in legal fees and you'll need $100k to seed the fund (money that remains yours). I hope some of the people that come along are inspired to do this too. Building a very large portfolio requires more than just cutting expenses and investing your savings. It requires learning how to raise capital and handle it responsibly. Essentially I can show you how to cheaply set up a private bank to enable you to borrow money at a fixed rate of 8% where the interest capitalizes and the term is forever.
