Has this happened to you? You have a hot lead (a motivated seller) and know the latest real estate techniques to buy the property and you are ready to negotiate the deal.

NOW WHAT?

What do you say, what do you do, and how do you present your offer?

Fear not. Help has arrived!

MREIA will be presenting on Saturday, July 27, 2019 between 9-4pm at the APA Hotel, Iselin, NJ
