@Russell Alton the column headers are missing and its confusing looking at the numbers. Also if you don't have the down payment, partner with someone who has the money or ask friends/family. You can also ask seller to carry the note with less down payment but higher interest rate.

Looking into Milwaukee to buy a few multi-family units and if possible a small apt complex. Any recommendations on areas from the fellow Milwaukee investors. I have a few recommendations already but wouldn't hurt to get more. Primary goal is cash flow but appreciation wouldn't hurt either. Would like to stick to B/B-/C+ properties. 

Time frame: Looking to get a general idea of the area in the next 2 weeks and then want to fly in to the area and see some properties.

Also looking to connect with investor friendly agents and other MFH investors in the area. 

Trying to see if there is any interest.

This is property in my SD IRA bought in 2014 and now looking to do something else with my IRA. It is currently rented @ $1400/month (managed by PM company) and the tenant re-signed another year lease back in March 2016. I hardly had any maintenance issues since I bought it and all I do is collect checks from PM (and send it over to SD-IRA).

Since its currently rented, have a great PM managing it and won't be available to live in till March/April 2017, its ideal for investors looking for hassle free investment. 

Looking to buy some properties (MFH) in Independence,MO area and looking for referrals for agent, PM and contractor from the BP community.
