@Account Closed Thanks so much for replying and giving me some insight on what you’re doing in this niche. Essentially, I’m trying to help or provide value to these Organic Leads I’m receiving and trying to find anyone that would be able to possible help these potential Cash Buyers. My target area where I’m receiving these Organic Leads are from the Augusta and Macon, GA area. These Buyers don’t have the best credit but they have cash for down payments, and make monthly payments. These leads fill out a questionnaire form on my website and I vet these leads to ensure it’s not Spam. Then, if I know of an Investor looking for a Tenant/Rent to Own, I can forward these leads to the Investor. However, 90% of the time, I’m unable because the demand for Rent to Own just doesn’t seem to be there. So I’m hoping to brainstorm and figure how or who I can partner with to help monetize these leads. :) I’ve had my website for 5 years and Google serves up these leads to my website on a weekly basis. (It’s a great problem to have, but I also want to help these potential buyers) I hope that makes sense.

I could definitely use some help with what I'm trying to do. I have a rent-to-own website that brings in organic leads on a weekly-basis. I would love to touch base with someone on strategies on how to monetize these leads. Ideally, it would be great to deal with a company that has a call center where I could pass on these leads. However, I'm not of any. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, it would be great to connect.

As you can tell already, there's great engagement on this platform whether the feedback is good or perhaps constructive criticism, it's to help you get better. Many people on BP really know their stuff and I'm humbled every time I read many of the posts. It's humbling and reminds me, I still have an awful lot to learn. But it's fun, nonetheless. I'm in and around the Atlanta area as well but doing most of my deals in the Augusta and Macon area, along with a few transactions out of State.
