Hi @Keidrick Cole, Thank you for contacting me! Trust all is well. Just a quick update as of this evening. We've accepted a verb al agreement on this home for $10,500. We've also sent out the paperwork to be completed. Until we receive the paperwork and the EMD has been received by our Attorney's we'll continue to market the home.

Do you have an email address, I could send the details/information to? Secondly, anything specific you're looking for? Sorry for the questions, just want to make sure I'm not wasting your time with information you won't need.
