@Daniel Arias Thanks for the post. I'm always looking to network in the Macon and WR areas. I'm also investing my time in those areas, and my focus is wholesaling. Hey BP community, just updating my mobile home list of Investors to see who's currently investing in Mobile Homes in the Augusta and Macon area. I'm specifically looking for investors that not only invest in Mobile Homes but also have the resources to relocate mobile homes off the land, which I find difficult to find. Any insight, help, etc., would be greatly appreciated!

@Brady Becker Welcome, and wishing you much success. I would say in regards to "needing a course" for wholesaling, I think it's a "nice to have"but not a "need to have." With YouTube provides enormous free information, that's always a great resource when starting with wholesaling. Also, I think having a Group or a Community to belong to is a "Must Have." Networking and sharing ideas among "like-minded" investors helps me realize that I'm not the only one going through tough times. :) That's just my thoughts about wholesaling. 

Regarding BRRR, I'll stay in my lane on that one. (Lol) I believe a program or course would be beneficial to help decrease the learning curve that would come with that strategy. So a program that @Caleb Smith is offering would be something I'd look into if I decided to go that route. I hope that makes sense. Good Luck

@Anthony Dooley "There's always one in the classroom" I was simply asking to connect with "like-minded" individuals in a new area I'm finding deals in, no biggie. I've been doing this for a while and thanks for the reminder about working with agents. I've been blessed to work with some awesome agents and couldn't have come this far without their help.
