Hello All,
Has anyone done a SAM (shared appreciation mortgage). I have seen this on ocwens website. I also saw where they have been ordered to do principal reductions. Any insight would be helpful.

Hello All,
Seems like the 6 month Libor is really surging. Does anyone have any input as to where this may go in the next year?

Hello,
Does anyone know what causes the 6 month libor to go up or down. I have a mortgage that has been based on the 6 month libor. It has been at record lows for the pasty few years and I have seen it steadily increasing. Is there anyone to gauge it or predict where it may be headed. I would like to be prepared as much as possible.
thanks
