I am relatively new to landlording. I would like to get a fifth property but I don't know how to do it. I know you can find banks that will do 5-10 properties. Where do I look?

Any real estate groups in the Woodbridge va area

Hello All,
Are wholesale deals still happening with so many homes underwater? I live in the woodbridge va area which is 20 min south of D.C. I use to see the "we buy houses" signs all the time. Now I see none. have people given up? I am new at this so any insight would be appreciated.
