You could require x day minimum between rentals. I do 5 days.
This way you could give the cleaners a better heads up.
Using a larger service vs individual may work better as they can accommodate last minute typically as their schedules change a lot due to size and volume. I also own a maid company as well as vacation rentals.

I would also make sure where you are planning to buy STR they are allowed.
More and more municipalities are banning them every day.

Good Morning BP,
I want to do a cash out refi on a condo that I own outright in Clearwater Beach Florida. Because it is an investment condo as well as non-warrantable due to the less than 51% owner occupied the most they will loan is 60% at what I consider to be usurious rates.
Does anyone know of a local bank in Clearwater Beach that will do a loan like this with better rates and higher LTV? It is NOT a condo-hotel. Thank you, any advice would be appreciated!

Has anyone heard of or used a company called Insurerent? They are a rental guarantee insurance company that helps tenants with less than stellar credit or people that just moved to the US without prior credit history.
