I'm looking for SFR, max $500K in SoCal counties: Riverside, San Bernadino, LA, Ventura, and Orange.
Also, we have buyers who are seeking to purchase commercial property that meet the following criteria:
1. $3M to $100M per transaction
2. Must be Off Market
3. Must be cashflowing
4. Cap rate 7.5 and higher
5. Commercial Only
