@Jennifer Pauyo Hi! You may know already, but there’s a website called irem.org where you can pull up lists of agents in various cities. It doesn’t allow a search specially by gender, but it lists the agents by name. Good luck in your search and thank you for this question!

@Benson Gee For BRRRR, Houston is a gold mine. There are tons of properties that were damaged in the hurricane flooding, so they need serious rehab. It's also a good opportunity to install storm-proof amenities (windows, doors, roof, etc.), which raises the value/rent.

@Anthony Dooley Thanks for sharing! Good info here! I’ve been racking my brain searching county district office websites and found nothing. Property tax lists make more sense!

@Kenneth Garrett Starting out as a new real estate investor, would it be a good idea to cover the down payment myself and start building a portfolio, or dive right into OPM on the first priority. My fear is that I won’t get interested investors if i don’t have the experience to make them feel safe about their money. Thanks!
