Hi Jackie, I can recommend Scott Jennings from First National Bank of America. Tell him Ben sent you. He is conservative and will not even give you 70 LTV of the appraisal but he can do a cashout and does not need seasoning if you have a track record.

@Katherine Earle Rent to Own or Land contract can be good way to start, as long as the terms make sense. I have bought and sold several homes this way. Do you have the numbers to the deal you are looking at?
