@Joe Villeneuve thats redicuous. I  don't read detroit papers. Ive lived in Detroit,  my mom was a nurse there, my father was a cop there. Thats always the answer people give when someone tells the truth about detroit "You should do more than read the papers". ::rolls eyes::

And the neighborhood. Detroit is a war zone.

Sounds like a bad idea. Too much can go wrong, plus meeting the applicant in person is one of the ways you screen tenants.

Thats not really a scam, a scam is intentionally misleading someone. You not contesting your property taxes, isn't really anyones fault but your own.

When a tenant is denied due to a credit report, you have to send them a notification and the name and address of the company so they can view and dispute the report right? When using mysmartmove.com, what address do you use?
