Ok every, one again thank you in advance for any help I may receive, also we are back to mandatory overtime so it may take a lil longer to respond.

Ok on a duplex, triplex. I am thinking...

Monthly, mortgage. insurance and taxes.

I am also thinking that each unit will have there own utility bills. I know I will need to have some reserve put up for maintance, vacancies, yard work and what not.
But are these the only three monthly item bills I will have to look at?. Or are there smaller things like water. or garbage. Or some thing that I will need to take into consideration. I know each area is different. I do believe I will be looking at being in the Vermont. or New Hampshire, area.

Sorry for the grammar I type like I think which is always fast forward.

Thank you,

BillyHIlls.

My wife and I have decided to buy one or two Duplexes. (apartment buildings) I am not sure on the actual term. We are thinking cost wise it would be easier to have to replace one roof . Than four in the long run. We Are also thinking 2 to 5 living spaces in one building. We will be occupying one for a time not sure how long thou. I know this has been discussed here a LOT. But any extra advice or experience you would be willing to share would be a big help. Any thing from deposit amount to how to attrack a good tenant. for this situation. and so forth. I hope this does not seem like a weak question. Truth be told since my adult renting career I have always been in a home or mobile trailer. So to me this aspect is a new animal to me.

Thank you

billy

Eddie.

Like K.Marie said. It will take some time and fanagaling bit it can be done. You just may have to think out side the box. This year is the first tax return I will receive because of what happened to me and mine. Identiy thieft sucks, sorry for your loss.
