How many options do you give your tenants for rent? Cash, check, mail?

Does anyone offer on-line payments only?

I was in a somewhat similar situation.  I gave notice and upped the rent to market rate.  Those who couldn't afford it moved before the date of increase,

I have one S8 tenant.  In my experience the tenants find you.  I listed my rental on CL.  I submitted the completed paperwork to the housing office and tenant moved in about 2-weeks later.  Oh, there was an inspection that took about 10 minutes.  I had recently renovated so I knew there wouldn't be any problems.  The downside is that I didn't get my first payment until about 6-weeks later.
