You and marvin should hang out.    I think you two would really get along.

@Account Closed   Government Conspiracy theories must be working into the night on similar theories...

Totally ignorant thought here...but people there realize they can leave...right?     I realized a few years back I'm allowed to move anywhere i want, so i moved to the FL Keys where sadly my water bill for 3 of us is over 200 dollars usually.

I had a cat with kittens locked in a garage once, it was all a scam to get cash for keys since they read online that animals+power on=occupied.    I called animal control and when the tenant came by demanding cash I asked for their name and legal address for the purpose of filling out the forms.   I also alerted them to the neglected animals left in the garage that animal control seized and was looking for the owners to press charges.

They blinked twice at me and then left without saying another word.     Almost better than sex.....almost

@Charlie Fitzgerald

I'd like one where i don't have to make payments....ever.      Prefer no paperwork too, just hand me a big bag of cash and I'll leave you a fat return in my Will.      Promise :)

Call animal control, it's not your decision to make.     They will let you know what THEY want to do.     You can't be held responsible for what THEY decide to do.

I wouldn't deny access to the house though.   I would consider snapping a key inside the lock though by mistake and posting a note on the door assuming the dog is gone.    If no response in 2-3 days I'd go with an attorney.

Surprised you didn't make contact before closing.

@Mona Medina    Advertising that you have another FT job isn't going to really get highly active investors to give you the time of day.    I've tried it a few times and its always ugly.

@Mona Medina   To reference someone's name type @ and then the question mark and pick their name under the box you type in.

@?  brings up the box, then click the name.   The @? will disappear then in exchange for their blue name.

It's a mighty big ocean, those that have good "fishing numbers" will always catch more fish than the inexperienced just learning how...and more importantly WHERE to fish.
