I might be putting a square peg through a round hole....but i'm curious on feedback.

So i ran across fillet knives from RhinelandCutlery.com at a local boat show, purchased a few and loved them.    They offer a program to engrave the knives which in theory should be something people hold onto and you can put whatever you want on them...

Starting kicking around the net and their 1500 block set I can purchase for maybe 80% off if i wanted to (same knife, no brand).     So that Amazing fillet knife drops to maybe 20 dollars.

Thinking about doing a side business selling to other realtors....thinking about trying to build a MLM company.    I'm debating on using them to farm listings here in the keys with too.     I don't really need the income from these silly things but it annoyed me that they have such a high perceived value vs actual cost.

Soda came out my nose on this one...quick I 75 access.

Market this to a dog breeder, they like highway noise and a little bit of elbow room.

Just because something is for sale, doesn't mean they are serious about selling it.     Touch base with them every month or two to let them know you are interested when the price drops and move on to a task less difficult.

Lucky they didn't invoke a stand your ground defense after shooting you.   They would of won from the sounds of it.    They needed to file a restraining order against you too.

One day you are going to get seriously hurt with how you deal with problems.  The money isn't worth it.

every 30 days drop it 8% till its gone.     If you mess up, expect multiple offers.     Wait 3 days before doing anything once a price drop kicks in.

Try asking her to leave and giving her a few hundred as an incentive.     Tell her your issues and that this isn't going to work out and that you are sorry.     Give her a little time and I'm guessing she will vacate on her own.

Odds are there is some sort of title issue.   Go through the motions though since its next door.    That 95k list price was garbage to get people motivated in bidding.

@Morris Hicks

Thank you for your service, it's the only reason i considered reading that entire post.

Tell your brother to get an appraisal on the property, then get a loan for 50% of it's current value.   He can do whatever he wants with it, babysitting place or whatever.

Take the check and move on with your life.    If you give up a little equity because you could of done a light rehab it's not a big deal at this point.      Make your money down the road, give your brother a "decent fair deal" and salvage what relationship you have.   In a perfect world Hope he makes it with his new business as I'm sure he will do the same with yours..
