@David Bateman I live in Boca so Boca/Deerfield/Delray would be most convenient for me but I have been looking all over Palm Beach/Broward and to a lesser extent Dade. It is amazing how quickly the prices have gone back up around here so quickly. Its good to see guys like you and @Richard Kerski are doing deals in the area. Thanks for the welcome. I'm really excited to be start and be able to connect with friendly people in this business.

@Mike Waltman You hit the nail on the head. Boca is getting tougher and tougher to find deals with prices increasing rapidly. I was lucky to buy my residence when I did a little over a year ago. Boca and Jupiter are both popular places where people really want to live, and that makes me intrigued to possibly invest in these areas. Like i said though, I'm willing to invest just about anywhere that is within an hour or so from Boca. After I'm done getting my Real Estate license I will be looking to complete at least 2 flips within the year. Have you done any deals in the Jupiter area? Also, thanks for the tips I really appreciate it.
