Hi Everyone! I am a new member in the Greater New Orleans Area and excited to be a part of Bigger Pockets! I have used many REI websites and Bigger Pockets is definitely the best available in my opinion. TONS of great info that is very valuable, and best of all... it's FREE! Great job! And I love the podcasts also! Excellent work!!

I have studied real estate and investing for many years, but I was never able to fit it into my life and schedule until now, nor do I think was where I needed to be in my head. That's ok though because I know I was not mentally ready until now. I am set and ready to go now and have the right mindset to make this work long term, and I will do so!

My business partner and I have an REI company called REvitalize Property Solutions LLC. We are starting off in the wholesaling arena in order to build capital and then plan to move into rehabbing, buy and hold, and more. The idea and plan is build a scalable business based on tried and true methods, with systems that will allow for plug and play into other markets as we grow, as well as make it easy to teach others what we do and how we do so that long term we no longer have to work in the business. The ultimate goal is passive income in order to life life on our terms, as my avatar shows.

We look forward to making many connections through BP and hope to hook up with anyone on BP that is located in the Greater New Orleans Area. We are active members of NOREIA so if anyone else is also, lets meet each other at the next meeting!

Thanks!

Thanks @Wayne Brooks. No apology needed. I see the lazy questions too and understand. This was my first post so I figured I better set the tone for myself from the get go! LOL

I haven't been able to determine a pattern to the numbers just yet, but I plan to talk to a few connections and see if I can't make sense of it with their help. In some areas they really just make no sense and follow no order it seems... crazy!

Thanks for all the replies! I have been using BiggerPockets for just a couple of months now, and I have to say it's the best REI site on the net, hands down! And I have used many. Within just an hour or so of posting my question I had half a dozen or more responses and even more today. You guys rock! I am sure I will be able to use one of these methods to find the addresses of the many houses I am finding with no numbers. I've never seen so many houses without numbers and I've never noticed how much the house numbers jump around here until I started looking for houses to wholesale and invest. But then again, we have many streets and intersections with no street signs at all in New Orleans! Where there is a will, there is a way!!

Thanks again!

PS - anyone in southeast Louisiana... hit me up! Lets do some deals!!

No. I cannot figure it out from neighboring addresses. I live in New Orleans.. for some strange reason many of the house numbers jump and skip, sometimes by a large number. This is why I posted the question. I am not an idiot, but thanks for the reply there pal.

Can you use city maps or other records?
