I would either move out and do another house hack or do some sort of value add project so you can recycle at least some of the money. I would stick to something cosmetic in the beginning @trevor

Whats your goals with investing? They are going to be two very different markets. Dayton is going to more cashflow heavy with less appreciation if any and Columbus will be the opposite @Tanisha Blakemore

Welcome! Cleveland is solid place for that strategy. There is more inventory for value-add compared to some of the other cities. @Nicholas Cavato

For my first House Hack, I added value as I lived there so was able to get the property a little bit cheaper and start to get higher rents upon moving out. I still recommend buying in a nicer area since its once of few times you can buy a nicer multifamily with such little money out of pocket. @Benjamin Sulka

What part of Columbus is the property in? Certain PMs will/wont take on certain areas.

There are a lot of areas you can do a BRRRR in Columbus. Franklinton, North Linden, Mt Vernon and Hungarian Village are a few with the ARVs to support. @Avi Shuaterman
