It's from AirBnB. Go to Performance: Visibility and then you can toggle between Search Impressions and Listing Page Views

I raised my rates and we are seeing some massive interest. Daily 1st page impressions are over 4,000 vs the market median of 423. Is everyone else seeing large spikes of impressions and views?

Thus... I've raised my rates. I've studied my competition and I look forward to higher quality guests. The more they spend the less they complain is 100% accurate in this business. They get a smokin' deal -I end up with 4 stars for value. They pay more than everyone else in the neighborhood - never hear from them and get a glowing review.

This always boggled my mind. It's so frustrating offering substantial discounts to folks only to have them leave nit-picky reviews about your home.

I've already raised rates in anticipation of the pent up demand. Just waiting for the Governor to open back up.

Keep in mind that your county's plan will most likely have all kinds of conditions like 24-72 hours between bookings, Florida residents only and a host of other nonsensical requirements.

I think its a joke and another way to delay what should have been done in parallel with the hotels. This is a tactic to throw red tape and bureaucracy on the situation and make it look like he's not outright favoring the hotels. Now we have to wait for our respective county to prioritize this high enough to author a plan, submit to the Governor, have them review, possibly ask for revisions and the process begins again till they approve. It's a joke!

DeSantis just announced that vacation rentals will remain closed in Florida but encouraged individual counties to submit plans for how they want to operate.

They're planning on opening bars and gyms but still not sure about short term rentals? The leverage from the hotel lobbyists must be tremendous. The corruption is seething with this one.

There's a huge pent up demand that's going to explode once vacation rentals open up. For our market here in FL, I'm getting several inquiries a day that I have to turn down due to the Governor's order. I hope he makes an announcement this weekend to open up.

On the flip side, once that initial wave of renters runs its course, I expect a second flare up of infections, leading to a reinstatement of stay-at-home orders. And then the cycle continues till we get a vaccine.

I'm not having access issues but load times are unusually slow.

@Mike V. I like your idea of putting your URL minus the .com in your description. I don't know how many times folks have asked for discounts equal to the overhead ABB tacks on to the top of my rate. Had they booked directly we would've both been happy. Will do this once my site is up and running.

I do what Mike does. It's an automated message I send every guest a week before they check in. I then email them a welcome packet in PDF. I never call or text them. Just message via the app.
